Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Associate with 2+ years of experience in US taxation.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120S and be proficient in UltraTax CS. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tax engagements while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040).
- Prepare Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065) along with Schedule K-1 reporting.
- Prepare S Corporation Tax Returns (Form 1120S).
- Organize and analyze client tax documents, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare tax workpapers and maintain complete tax documentation.
- Identify missing information and communicate effectively with senior team members.
- Perform tax research for routine federal and state tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state filing requirements.
- Coordinate with managers to complete tax engagements within deadlines.
