About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance & HR Operations Associate
to support our growing organization. This role combines accounting operations, payroll coordination, HR administration, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance
- Manage the complete accounts payable process, including invoice verification, recording, approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.




- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants and accounting firms for bookkeeping, taxation, audits, and statutory filings.
- Prepare payment schedules and support cash flow planning.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support accounts receivable activities, including invoice generation and payment follow-up when required.
- Prepare financial MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Work extensively with
QuickBooks
for day-to-day accounting operations.

Payroll Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
- Verify attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality.

Human Resources Operations
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, int
