Location: Thane (Requires 1 day a week travel to Asangaon plant)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to support day-to-day project functioning. The ideal candidate is a structured problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about driving process efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational workflows. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, supply chain, customer support) to ensure smooth handoffs. Track metrics like TAT, SLA adherence, and fulfillment rates.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in existing processes. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in automation and digitization initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain operational dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership. Conduct data analysis using Excel,



Google Sheets, and BI tools to surface insights and root causes of operational issues.

Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) / PGDM in Operations Management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production, or relevant stream)
- Experience: 4+ years in operations, business operations, supply chain, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and Google Workspace.
- Travel: Ability to travel to the Asangaon facility 1 day per week.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, NetSuite) or workflow tools (Asana, Jira).
- Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a distinct advantage.
