Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,



performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will coordinate workforce planning for manufacturing and corporate teams, manage HR operations such as payroll inputs and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling grievance resolution, and facilitating training and development programs aligned with organizational goals. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to build a positive, high-performance work environment.
