Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Associate to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, Tally, inventory accounting, and coordinating with Chartered Accountants and internal stakeholders.

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore as per the company requirements

Key Responsibilities





* Maintain books of accounts and perform day-to-day bookkeeping using Tally.

* Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal analysis.

* Manage inventory accounting and reconcile stock records for a stock-based business.

* Audit reimbursement claims and petty cash expenses before approval.

* Coordinate with management for vendor payments and operational expenses.

* Track and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups with the respective stakeholders.

* Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closing activities.

* Assist in preparing reports and MIS as required by management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or a related field.

* Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Hands-on experience with Tally.

* Understanding of inventory management in a stock-based business.
