What We Are Looking For
- End-to-end recruitment skilled with hands-on IT hiring experience
- Hands on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other job boards
- Strong exposure to IT & non-IT skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and be accountable.

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and video-based screening interviews to assess technical competency, communication skills, and culture fit
- Schedule and coordinate multi-round interviews including technical panels, HR rounds, and leadership discussions.




- Liaise between candidates and hiring teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain structured scoring and feedback mechanisms to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Provide timely interview feedback and status updates to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR operations and IT teams to ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and generate weekly recruitment dashboards showcasing the overall progress.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage 5 to 7 open requisitions simultaneously

Qualifications
- 2-5 Years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience.
- MBA in HR/Btech/Any professional degree
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards)
- Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
