Position Summary

We are searching for a seasoned QA Project Test Coordinator specializing in Salesforce to oversee and synchronize testing initiatives for enterprise-level Salesforce deployments. In this role, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and QA teams, driving high-quality software delivery across the entire project lifecycle.

The perfect fit for this role brings robust experience in orchestrating Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) specifically within Salesforce environments, backed by exceptional communication, strategic planning, and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Orchestration
- Oversee comprehensive, end-to-end testing initiatives for Salesforce implementation projects.
- Craft and manage comprehensive test plans, timelines, and testing milestones.
- Direct Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, Production Validation,



and UAT support.
- Track testing milestones closely to guarantee seamless alignment with project schedules.
- Tool Management & Traceability
- Administer and track testing activities using Jira and XRay.
- Secure end-to-end traceability linking User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases, Test Executions, and Defects.
- Execution & Resource Coordination
- Direct and balance test execution tasks across diverse QA personnel.
- Ensure all testing deliverables are finalized and submitted on schedule.
- Salesforce & Integration Validation
- Facilitate the validation of Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports, Dashboards, and third-party integrations.
- Supervise end-to-end business process testing across Salesforce and connected ecosystems.
