JD for UKG Pro /Dimensions functional consultant

Experienced UKG WFM Pro Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and AMS activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM modules, timekeeping, scheduling, and integrations, along with the ability to work in a client-facing, delivery-oriented environment.

1. Core Skills

Robust hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Management)

Expertise in:

Pay Rules & Work Rules

Scheduling & Forecasting

Timekeeping and accrual policies

Knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) or Boomi (preferred)

Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes

2. Functional Expertise

Good understanding of HR/payroll business processes

Experience working in multi-country / complex environments (preferred)

UKG Pro WFM Certification (Timekeeping / Advanced Scheduling)





Any workforce management related certifications.

Provide L2/L3 support for UKG WFM Pro applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to time capture, pay rules, scheduling, and payroll integration
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely incident resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders
- Lead requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and status updates
- Provide functional consulting and advisory support
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Suggest enhancements to optimize workforce operations
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, KT, configuration guides)
