Role Summary

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will build and optimize scalable backend services powering Netcore's customer engagement platform. You'll work on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software.

What we're looking for
- 7–10 years
of experience in backend development using
Java
.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/Redis/Cassandra/Couchbase.




- Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams.
