Role Description:
The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. The Associate will assist in IP prosecution and litigation matters, including drafting, filing, and managing trademark, copyright, design,



and patent applications and related documentation. The role involves legal research, preparing opinions and advisory notes, drafting pleadings and submissions, and supporting litigation before courts and tribunals. The Associate will coordinate with senior lawyers and clients, attend hearings as required, and contribute to enforcement strategies and arbitration-related work. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, notices, and agreements.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents, and interest in IP prosecution and enforcement.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and maintain case files.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivale
