Role Description
The Center Lead – VLSI Training and Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Mysuru. This role oversees the daily operations of the training center, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating VLSI training programs, workshops, and seminars. The Center Lead works closely with industry experts, trainers,



and educational partners to design and deliver high-quality training content that meets industry standards.

Responsibilities include managing learner enrollment, tracking progress, ensuring smooth classroom and lab operations, and maintaining training infrastructure and resources. The role also involves engaging with universities and colleges, supporting career counseling activities, organizing mock interviews, collecting feedback from participants, and continuously improving training delivery and center processes.

Qualifications
- Strong background in VLSI, semiconductor, or related electronics/engineering domains, with the ability to understand and support technical training content.
- Experience in training center management or academic program coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and operational oversight.
