Role: Associate Lead Engineer – IT

What You Will Own

In this role, you will design, implement, manage, and support Tally's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based network systems. You will also play a key role in optimizing network performance, security, and scalability while mentoring your team.

Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future
- Expertise in network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with firewall configuration and management, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
- Strong understanding of network security best practices and risk mitigation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
