Position: Green Building Facilitator

Job Location: Mumbai Pune

Qualifications:

Arch / M. Tech candidates with proficiency in Green Building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive Green Building Pre-Assessment, preparing checklists and delivering Feasibility Reports along with design advisement.
- Ensure alignment of the design process with established objectives and clients specifications.
- Oversee the review and coordination of documentation necessary for Green Building Certification to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Offering assistance on broader sustainability and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Engage in effective communication with clients and environmental regulatory bodies.
- Generate detailed reports that documents the findings of green building certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting Third Party Assessments Reviews.
- Facilitate and participate in training sessions for technical staff, internally and externally,



fostering continuous learning and the incorporation of innovative technologies for enhanced product delivery.
- Share findings and recommendations with project teams, building owners, and relevant stakeholders.

Skills Experience:
- 4 6 years of experience in Green Building Certification.
- Knowledge in Green Building Rating Systems such as IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, WELL, GEM, EDGE, etc., Feasibility Study, Pre - Certification and Final Certification.
- Proficiency in Building Simulation softwares such as eQuest, IESVE, Rhino, Design Builder, etc.
- Valuable at Project Management such as client co-ordination and problem solving abilities.
