(Onsite/Hybrid, Bhopal | Night shift, US hours)

SwiftHire LLC is growing, and we're looking for a people-first HR Executive to take care of our team in Bhopal — from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement. If you love building a great workplace and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

THE ESSENTIALS

* Onsite — Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

* Night shift, aligned to US business hours

* 3–5 years of HR experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Manage internal recruitment — source, screen, and hire for our own team

* Build and maintain an organized internal candidate database and talent pipeline

* Hire IT developers across India on various technologies — Java, .NET, Python, cloud, data, and more

* Run smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners

* Support day-to-day HR operations promptly, keeping employee records accurate and up to date

* Drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture





* Support performance reviews and address employee queries and concerns

* Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations

* Work closely with management on HR matters, hiring plans, and reporting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 3–5 years in an HR / people operations role

* Excellent spoken and written English communication

* Strong interpersonal skills and genuine care for people

* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

* Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets

* A proactive, responsive team player who acts quickly and takes ownership
