Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in handling Property & Engineering Claims within the General Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end Property, Fire, Engineering, IAR, SFSP, Burglary, Flood, Storm, and Machinery Breakdown claims. • Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders. • Review policy coverage, claim documents, and survey reports. • Manage claim assessment, investigation, documentation, and settlement processes. • Analyze policy terms, deductibles, depreciation, underinsurance, and exclusions. • Track claim progress and ensure timely closure with high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:





Strong experience in Property & Engineering Claims, including SFSP, IAR, CAR, EAR, MBD, Burglary, and Flood claims. Sound knowledge of claim assessment, policy coverage, surveyor processes, and claim documentation. Ability to evaluate claim admissibility and settlement recommendations. Robust communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with General Insurers, Insurance Brokers, TPAs, or Surveyor & Loss Assessor firms preferred. Exposure to large-value corporate and industrial claims is an added advantage
