We are currently looking for Customer Relationship Executives (Female/Male) below 28 years of age to be stationed at our premium project location at Shalimar (just 12 minutes from Rabindra Sadan / Howrah Station).

What you will do?
- Welcome and assist visiting customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with the sales team for project presentations.




- Create a delightful and memorable customer experience during every visit.
- Maintain customer interaction reports through our CRM system.

Who we are looking for?
- Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a positive, go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Convent schooling preferred (not mandatory).
- Degree / Diploma in Sales, Hospitality or Aviation Management will be an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Experience in hospitality / aviation / service industry will be an added advantage.
