Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize losses.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations for loan approvals or denials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit management principles, including credit scoring and risk modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,



with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations, particularly related to secured business loans.
- Experience working with micro LAP products is an added advantage.
