We are looking for a US Audit Associate with hands-on experience working with a US CPA firm or an offshoring agency supporting US audit engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute US audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Perform risk assessment, audit testing, and substantive procedures.
- Evaluate internal controls and prepare audit workpapers.
- Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and auditing standards.
- Coordinate with US clients and engagement teams to resolve audit queries.
- Prepare audit reports, financial statements, and supporting documentation.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of US Audit experience.
- Direct exposure to US CPA firms is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS/SAS, audit procedures, and internal controls.
- Experience with audit documentation, workpapers, and financial statement audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA or candidates pursuing CPA will be preferred.
