Job Description HR Manager
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
About the Company
Kempty Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG beverage manufacturing company with
operations across multiple states. We manufacture Packaged Drinking Water, Fruit Juices, and
Carbonated Soft Drinks under the Radiance Kempty brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across factory, sales, and corporate functions.
Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and Full & Final settlements.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other
statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
Drive performance management, appraisal cycles, and HR policies.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and HRMS.




Coordinate training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
8 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in factory HR and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and recruitment.
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS software.
Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry.
Managed a workforce of 150+ employees.
Experience supporting both factory and field sales teams.
CTC: As per experience and industry standards.
