We're looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team and help build a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
- Assist in performance management and employee relations




- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience. This role is best suited for early- to mid-level HR professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
