We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential customers and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or sales reports.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams,
and internal departments for smooth documentation.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, agreement, registration, and handover process.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
