- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage functional, E2E, and integration testing for insurance applications
- Define test strategy, test plan, and approach for projects/releases
- Design and review end-to-end test scenarios across insurance workflows
- Oversee integration testing across core systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Ensure complete test coverage including business workflows, data validation, and system interactions
- Review and approve test cases, test data, and execution results
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams for requirement clarity and quality outcomes
- Mentor and guide QE team members
- Support UAT cycles and business validation
- Drive automation adoption for regression scenarios where applicable
- Ensure traceability and reporting of testing activities
- Lead defect management and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Prepare, Maintain and publish Quality KPI s to leadership.
