The MIS Executive responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and growth of the organization's Management Information Systems.This role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Data Collection & Analysis:
o Gather data from various sources (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to create regular reports.
o Analyse sales, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Reporting & Documentation:
o Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
o Maintain and update all records and reports as required by the management.
Data Accuracy & Quality:
o Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entered into the system.




o Regularly audit and review data to identify and correct discrepancies.
o Monitor data quality and work on data validation checks to ensure reliable reporting.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
o Support team members in analysing complex data sets and generating reports.
Project Management:
o Assist in the implementation and automation of current reporting tools and processes.
