Regional Field Marketing Manager (RFMM)

Role Purpose
Drive regional field marketing initiatives, end-user engagement, product adoption, competition-conversion programs, market intelligence, and team capability development to achieve business growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities 1. Field Marketing Market Development
- Develop and execute Market Development Plans (MDPs) aligned with business priorities.
- Drive implementation of field marketing modules and corrective actions in underperforming territories.
- Manage linked dealer programs, visibility standards, and end-user engagement activities.
- Provide market insights to improve field marketing effectiveness.

2. Competition Fighting Market Share Growth
- Monitor competitor activities and share actionable market intelligence.
- Execute competition-conversion initiatives and gain share in identified high-potential markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with large contractors and influencers.

3. Product Launches New Product Adoption
- Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for New Products,



PULs, and Young Products.
- Drive product demonstrations, placements, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Capture and share successful product adoption stories and market feedback.

4. End-User Engagement Loyalty
- Drive user clubs, loyalty programs, and influencer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of training, skill-development, and user-connect programs.
- Build robust relationships with key users and influencers in the region.

5. Market Research Insights
- Conduct market research, product trials, and customer feedback programs.
- Generate insights on customer needs, product performance, and competitive offerings.
- Provide meaningful recommendations to support product and business strategy.

6. People Leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop BDEs/CMDIs through training and regular reviews.
- Drive performance management, capability building, and employee engagement.
