We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Executive who can build a strong hiring pipeline, ensure smooth onboarding, and support HR operations across all branches.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all company positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule final interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate interview rounds and maintain candidate communication.
- Ensure timely hiring for urgent branch requirements.
Recruitment Targets
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct 30–50 interviews every month.
- Close open positions within the defined hiring timeline.
- Maintain backup candidates for frequently hired roles.
HR Operations
- Prepare and issue Joining Letters, Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, Warning Letters, PIP Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Collect and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete exit formalities.
Employee Engagement
- Follow up with newly joined employees during their probation period.
- Coordinate with branch managers regarding staffing requirements.
- Monitor employee retention and share improvement suggestions.
