Gurucul is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce environment for the global sales organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring Salesforce runs smoothly and supports the evolving business needs, building reports and dashboards, and providing data insights including creating and implementing industry leading standard operating procedures and best practices. The Salesforce Administrator will play an assistive role in sales enablement and owning global salesforce data hygiene processes,



data integrity and data enrichment related functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, maintaining the integrity of data and workflows across salesforce.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements in Salesforce to align with business needs.
- Recommend best practices relating to implement and enforce salesforce data hygiene throughout the global sales organization.,
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, role hierarchy, profiles, permissions, and data security.
- Oversee Salesforce system configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation using Process Builder or Flow.
- Manage and prioritize Salesforce-related requests, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancement
