*Key Responsibilities:*

Documentation & System Process:
- Collect and verify post-disbursement documents of loan account.
- Ensure proper indexing / storage & retrieval / refilling of original documents.
- Monitor timelines for document submission and escalate delays.
- Track document pendency and initiate follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate tagging of borrower/property details.

Regulatory & Compliance:
- Coordinate with legal, credit, sales, and technical teams.
- Liaise with external Vendors (Storage, E-Agreement etc.).
- RBI KYC norms PAN, Aadhaar, address proof validation and cKYC processing.
- SARFAESI Act – Proper charge creation and registration.
- Regulatory Reporting – Accurate and timely updates and support audit.

Risk/Quality Control & Reporting/MIS:
- Identify and escalate documentation discrepancies.
- Ensure safekeeping of original documents in FRFC storage.




- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports on document pendency, compliance status, and exceptions.
- Support internal/external audits with required documentation.

*Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:*
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience and strong understanding of Operations, Disbursement, PDD management, Property Papers preferably in an NBFC or BFSI setting.
- Prior experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance is a plus (RBI, NHB, SARFAESI).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis and familiarity with loan origination & management systems (e.g., FinnOne, Pennant).
