At MHFL, we believe learning is the foundation of business growth. As we continue to build a high-performance learning culture, we're looking for an energetic, execution-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Human Capital Management & Development (HCMD) team.

If you enjoy coordinating impactful learning programs, partnering with business leaders, managing virtual training seamlessly, and creating exceptional learner experiences, we'd love to hear from you

What you'll do:

✅ Coordinate end-to-end classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs

✅ Manage Microsoft Teams/Zoom training sessions independently

✅ Partner with HRBPs, Business Heads, SMEs, and external partners

✅ Drive learning operations, LMS administration, dashboards, and MIS reporting

✅ Support leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and capability-building initiatives

We're looking for:





✔ Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

✔ 3–5 years of experience in L&D;, Talent Development, HRBP, or HR Operations

✔ Strong experience coordinating virtual learning programs

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

✔ Multilingual candidates preferred

✔ Experience in BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Housing Finance is an added advantage
