Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns across retail stores, malls, events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Liaise with vendors, event agencies, printers, and production partners to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Manage the production and deployment of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), VM collaterals, branding elements, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with retail, visual merchandising, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation across stores.
- Coordinate mall marketing initiatives, local partnerships, society activations, and customer acquisition programs.
- Track campaign performance, footfall, customer participation, and ROI, and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing activities for New Store Openings (NSO), including pre-launch buzz, launch events, local marketing, media coordination,



and post-launch promotional campaigns to drive footfall and brand visibility.
- Manage BTL marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and campaign documentation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing touchpoints.
- Conduct market visits to monitor campaign execution, competitor activities, and emerging retail trends.
- Support CRM and customer engagement initiatives through offline activations and events.
