Youll make an impact by:
- Analyze customers technical specifications, one-line diagrams, and schematic diagrams regarding the application of MV switchgear products, along with associated protection and control systems, and design appropriate product solutions to meet the customers expectations in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Independently engages with customers during Order Kick-off meetings, effectively facilitating technical discussions, securing necessary approvals, and aligning project milestones.
- Work independently to create all documents for customer approval and manufacture Medium Voltage switchgears.
- Utilize the engineering configurator software to prepare one-line drawings, control schematics,



and bill of materials with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to take complete technical ownership of System Projects from inception to project handover as a dependable partner with the customers, while guiding a team of jr. engineers, designers, and drafters.
- Provide factory support during the manufacture of your projects to ensure that the final deliverables are true to your design.
- Expertise and understanding of fault level calculations and Switchgear ratings.
- Be a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge of the product and process to help others on the team achieve their goals.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes and tools to drive up overall team efficiency.
- Treat all Siemens information and customer information confidentially.

Qualifications
- Masters / bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- 10+ years of proven experience working with the design/configuration of electrical power
