Job Summary

Svarna Infrastructure & Builders Pvt. Ltd. (SIBPL) is looking for an experienced
Legal Head
to lead all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the real estate or construction industry, with expertise in land acquisition, title due diligence, contract management, litigation, corporate governance, and statutory compliance. The role requires close collaboration with senior management to safeguard the company's legal interests and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's legal strategy and provide legal advice to senior management.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, lease deeds, construction contracts, vendor agreements, and joint venture documents.
- Handle land acquisition, title due diligence, property documentation, registrations, and real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including Property Laws, RERA, Companies Act, Labour Laws, Environmental Regulations, and other statutory requirements.




- Manage litigation, arbitration, consumer matters, legal notices, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and statutory departments for approvals and legal matters.
- Advise on corporate governance, board matters, legal policies, and risk management.
- Conduct legal audits, maintain statutory records, and implement legal compliance processes.
- Lead and mentor the legal team while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
- LLB is mandatory; LLM will be an added advantage.
- 10–15 years of post-qualification legal experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Construction industry.
