About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Post job openings on various job portals.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
