As an industry leader in digital finishing equipment, Znd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Znd digital cutting systems. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including onsite installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training across South Asia.

The Service Engineer serves as a key point of contact for customers and represents the Znd brand through skilled service and technical expertise. This position requires frequent travel (up to 80%) and the ability to work independently in diverse customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service Znd digital finishing equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain service documentation, including service reports, warranty certificates, and expense reports.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot customer issues via phone and email.




- Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Evaluate warranty claims and inspect returned spare parts.
- Learn and support Znd software associated with digital finishing systems.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of Znd cutters and related software, both onsite and remotely.
- Prepare cutting samples on demo machines for prospective customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and in-house product demonstrations (including occasional weekend travel).
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager and adhere to Znd service procedures.

Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Up to 5 years of experience in after-sales service, field service, or machine installation.
- Experience in the installation and servicing of capital equipment/machin
