Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The Executive Assistant will help prioritize tasks for leadership, ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives,



and act as a communication point between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organization to support the smooth functioning of executive activities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills for managing calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports skills for organizing documentation, travel arrangements, and financial tracking.
