- Need to ensure highest collection efficiency reduce the forward flow.
- Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned pool/area.
- Specific focus on Nonstarters and revenue collection- For Soft Bucket Team.
- Proper allocation of contracts to the team at the start of the month.
- Set collection goals and targets for the team.
- Regular interactions with the targeted large customers.
- Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket).
- Run reports and analyse data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.
- Coordinate with external and internal stake holders regularly to ensure reduction over billing pool to enhance better collection efficiency.
- Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
- Recommend for legal actions for non-recoverable cases and following up with the legal team for the closure of the cases.
