About the Role

A fast-growing US-based deep-tech AI company is seeking an experienced
Technical Lead
to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered products. The organization specializes in conversational AI, multilingual voice technologies, real-time speech processing, and agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical execution of AI product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Manage project scope, technical decisions, resource planning, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Provide technical leadership across technologies including
Angular, Python, PostgreSQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Agentic AI
.
- Review and guide cloud architecture, infrastructure, deployment strategies,



and system integrations using
AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Drive architecture reviews, code quality, technical best practices, and engineering standards.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure rapid and reliable feature releases while maintaining product quality and system stability.

Experience

8–12 years
of experience in software development, with at least
2–4 years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Lead role
, preferably delivering AI, SaaS, cloud-native, or enterprise applications.
