The HR Strategy & Excellence Lead will act as a strategic partner to the CHRO Office, driving enterprise-wide HR transformation, governance, and execution excellence.

This role will ensure alignment of HR strategy with business priorities, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver high-impact process and capability transformation across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives aligned with business growth, organizational priorities, and evolving workforce needs.
- Design and implement HR operating models, workforce strategies, skills transformation, and talent initiatives that enable business scalability.
- Drive digital HR transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with business and HR leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps.

Strategic Partnership with CHRO Office
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CHRO, supporting execution of strategic HR and organizational priorities.




- Drive governance of key transformation programs and strategic initiatives across the HR function.
- Develop executive presentations, leadership updates, board-ready materials, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
- Leverage data, market trends, and structured problem-solving to support strategic decision-making.

HR Governance & Operational Excellence
- Establish governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and operating rhythms to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Standardize and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across geographies.
- Define success metrics, monitor program health, and drive accountability through dashboards and performance reviews.
