Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop solutions for telecom billing, MPLS, IoT, SDWAN, BSS, and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct presales activities such as presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions to clients.
- Ensure seamless integration of multiple systems through service orientation principles.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of telecom billing, MPLS, IoT, SDWAN, BSS technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform.
