Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Pune Division with responsibilities aligned to supporting VSPL’s school operations and growth plans. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure high-quality delivery of curriculum, adherence to organizational standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning of assigned institutions or projects. The Job Title will be expected to coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support implementation of educational initiatives and operational processes. The role may include assisting in planning and executing expansion activities, participating in training or development programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of learner experiences. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work within structured systems while supporting innovation in education.
