We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, pitching digital marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and organizations to generate recent leads.
- Promote Digital Marketing Services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Website Development
- SEO
- Branding & Creative Services
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain daily activity reports and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
