We're looking for a
Senior R&D; Executive
who thrives on innovation, scientific problem-solving, and commercialization.
Position: Senior R&D; Executive – Food Research & Product Development
Experience Required:3–5 Years
Industrial R&D; Experience is mandatory.
Experience in commercial product development will be preferred.
Qualification
● B.Tech in Food Technology
● B.Sc. Food Science
*(M.Tech candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.)*
What You'll Do
● Develop innovative food & beverage formulations.
● Conduct laboratory trials and sensory evaluations.
● Scale formulations from lab to commercial production.
● Work on beverages, dairy, snacks, bakery, sauces, seasonings, and nutraceuticals.
● Prepare technical documentation,
BOMs, SOPs, and specifications.
● Collaborate with manufacturers for pilot and production trials.
● Solve formulation challenges related to stability, texture, flavour, shelf life, and processing.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
● Strong formulation and ingredient knowledge.
● Hands-on experience with food product development.
● Excellent understanding of food processing and commercial manufacturing.
● A scientific mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
● Passion for creating market-ready products—not just laboratory samples.
Client Interaction
● You'll directly work with founders, CEOs and product managers.
● Understanding client briefs
