Role Description

The Proposal Manager will oversee and coordinate the creation and submission of comprehensive project proposals to secure business opportunities.



Responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, developing proposal content that aligns with client requirements, and ensuring adherence to submission deadlines. The role also involves analyzing proposal requests, managing reviews and approvals, and maintaining organized records for future use. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in Proposal Management, including drafting, reviewing, and editing proposals to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Robust knowledge of Planning, Research, and Strategy Development to effectively tailor proposals based on varied business opportunities and client needs.
- Experience in Project Coordination and Communication Skills to collaborate across teams and manage deadlines effectively.
