Description
The Technical Architect will support the full implementation lifecycle, from prioritizing to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of clients and partners. Be responsible for efficiently designing and building the Salesforce industry-specific Financial Services Cloud, Healthcare Cloud, revenue cloud. It also requires maintaining an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. Technical Architects typically specialize in a salesforce platform (e.g. Force.com (Sales, Service, Community, IoT, Einstein Clouds), Marketing Cloud, Commerce, and Health Cloud), and developing solutions cross-cloud is becoming more critical.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and if required directly with clients to devise technology solutions to meet client needs and ensure the software product is used accurately and the go-forward solution is easy to maintain and meets standard processes. This includes a lead role in project discovery and definition workshops,



supplying crafting scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
- Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments, optimizing performance, resource consumption, and platform governor limits
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states, using advanced LLMs like Claude to review architectural assumptions and simulate system edge cases
- Champion an AI-first delivery methodology, utilizing advanced AI tools, developer assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude), and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate implementation across projects
- Collaborate with internal team members (sales/pre-sales, engineering, other services teams, etc.) to help customers increase the value of their Sal
