Role Description
This full time, on-site BIM Specialist role is based in Chennai and focuses on developing and maintaining Building Information Models for underground infrastructure projects. The BIM Specialist will coordinate BIM activities across architecture and MEP disciplines, ensuring models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating BIM models, managing clash detection, integrating design inputs,



and preparing submittals and documentation for project stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and field teams to support project planning, design reviews, and implementation, while adhering to company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination, with experience managing multi-disciplinary models.
- Knowledge of Architecture workflows and standards related to infrastructure or building projects.
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within a BIM environment.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage BIM-related submittals and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in BIM software tools (such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms) and familiarity with clash detection processes.
