We're looking for a creative
Videographer cum Video Editor
to produce high-impact visual content across Synctric's portfolio of product brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll plan and shoot original content, then edit it into engaging, social-first videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.

You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to create content that captures attention, communicates our brand story, and drives engagement. What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for products, brand campaigns, office culture, events, testimonials, interviews, and social media.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Capture engaging B-roll, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content.




- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to storyboard and execute video concepts.
- Ensure professional framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, raw footage, and production assets.
- Edit short-form videos including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and website content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging 30–60 second videos with strong hooks and audience retention.
- Add motion graphics, captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and basic visual effects.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips for different platforms.
- Maintain each product brand's visual style while collaborating closely with the Brand Designer and Marketing team.
- Organize project files and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
