We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Customer Experience & CRM Executive to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. The role involves greeting customers, managing the CRM database, handling WhatsApp follow-ups, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them to the appropriate counter, and ensure a pleasant showroom experience.
- Record all walk-ins and customer details using the company CRM on iPad.
- Monitor the showroom floor and ensure every customer is attended to promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Send WhatsApp campaigns, follow-up messages, and payment reminders.
- Coordinate with customers for enquiries, appointments, and special occasions.
- Request Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Capture basic photos/videos for social media and maintain content ideas.
- Manage the customer refreshment area and assist customers with the digital catalogue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and enquiry reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi (basic English typing preferred)
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and MS Office
- Good record-keeping and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable standing for extended hours
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail, jewellery, customer service, front desk, or CRM is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are welcome.
- Must be disciplined, organized, and willing to learn.

- 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
