*75WAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced* *Senior Project Manager* *to lead and deliver complex software development projects across* *MEAN, MERN, Python, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have robust technical understanding, excellent client communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional development teams while ensuring successful project execution.*

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Lead end-to-end execution of multiple software development projects.*
- *Manage projects based on* *MEAN, MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML.*
- *Gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.*
- *Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.*
- *Coordinate with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and Business Analysts.*
- *Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.*
- *Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.*
- *Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.*
- *Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.*
- *Manage client communication, project status updates, demos, and stakeholder expectations.*
- *Review project documentation including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and technical specifications.*
- *Monitor team productivity and provide mentorship to team members.*
