Lead Commerce (Ecommerce and Quick Commerce)

(Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Consumer, Retail or D2C brands preferred.)

Role Summary

Lead the Third-Party (3P) Commerce business across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. Own the overall business strategy, P&L; and growth across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the P&L;, revenue, profitability and market share for the 3P commerce business.

● Develop and execute growth strategies across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

● Lead strategic partnerships,



Joint Business Planning (JBP), commercial negotiations and annual business reviews with key marketplace partners.

● Drive assortment, pricing, promotions, new launches and media investments to maximize growth and profitability.

● Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and Demand Planning teams to ensure best-in-class execution and customer experience.

● Leverage analytics to optimize sales performance, inventory health, campaign ROI and platform visibility.

● Build and lead a high-performing team while identifying new marketplace opportunities and expansion initiatives.

Candidate Profile

● 12–15 years of overall experience, with significant experience leading marketplace businesses.

● Strong expertise across both E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, etc.).

● Proven track record of managing
