Lead AD1/AD2 Forex operations with strict adherence to RBI and regulatory compliance.

Supervise trade & remittance transactions under AD frameworks.

Drive business growth through revenue, profitability, and regional expansion strategies.

Provide strategic leadership by analysing market, regulations, and tech trends.

Build a high-performing team with strong Forex & AD compliance expertise.

Expand operations in Goa, Pune, Surat, Baroda & other key markets.

Penetrate retail/trade Forex & cross-border remittance segments.

Establish partnerships with banks for prepaid cards & remittance products.

Launch co-branded/white-labelled prepaid Forex cards and manage alliances.





Grow outward remittance business through banking tie-ups.

Introduce creative products in cards, currency exchange & remittances.

Own regional P&L; with focus on profitability and cost optimization.

Develop pricing, commission & incentive models to drive performance.

Track branch-level profitability and drive corrective initiatives.

Grow retail & corporate client base with custom Forex solutions.

Strengthen brand through cross-border remittance & strategic tie-ups.

Build strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and retention.

Act as a strategic advisor delivering tailored Forex solutions.
