Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of solutions architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Set transparent objectives for the architecture team and oversee the progress of deliverables in alignment with project milestones and organizational goals. • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback to support the career growth of team members. • Ensure the team follows best practices and delivers high-quality, maintainable solutions.



Solution Design and Architecture • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-level solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders (including product managers, technical leads, and business teams) to understand requirements and define architectural solutions. • Develop and maintain solution architectures across various domains (e.g., cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure) using best practices and industry standards. • Define technology roadmaps and ensure the use of appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to meet business objectives. • Assess and recommend software and hardware platforms to support solution scalability, security, and performance.
